Навколо голови Христа - круглий німб, обабіч якого літери "ИС" та "ХС" ("Ісус Христос"). Під боковими раменами хреста літери "НИ" та "КА" ("Переможець"). Угорі у хмарах поміщений трикутний німб з Всевидячим оком у сяйві - символ Бога Отця. На лівому рамені поясне зображення Мати Божої, руки якої складені у молитовному жесті. Вона одягнута у мафорій, навколо голови - круглий німб. На правому рамені - поясне зображення Іоанна Предтечі, права рука якого лежить на поясі. Він одягнутий у хітон, підперезаний поясом, навколо голови - круглий німб. У нижній частині хреста зображення Голови Адама на Голгофі та міських будівель. На зворотному боці хреста у центрі - зображення Діви Марії зі схрещеними у молитовному жесті руками, яка стоїть на підвищенні, одягнута у довгу туніку та мафорій, навколо голови - круглий німб. Ліворуч та праворуч від Її німба літери: "МР ϴУ" ("Мати Божа"). Над Її головою у хмарах зображення Святого Духа у вигляді голуба у сяйві. На лівому рамені - поясне зображення Преподобного Антонія з довгою бородою, зі складеними у молитовному жесті руками. Він одягнутий у монашеську мантію, спереду - параман, на голові - куколь, з круглим німбом. Хрест належав до довоєнної (до 1941 р.) частини колекції Історичного музею імені Г. С. Сковороди. У 1941 р. був евакуйований та повернутий до Харкова у листопаді 1944 р. On the lower arms, on both sides, is the inscription: "For the repose of Yevdokia." The cross belonged to the pre-war (pre-1941) part of the collection of the H. S. Skovoroda Historical Museum. It was evacuated in 1941 and returned to Kharkiv in November 1944.
