На лицьовому боці хреста - зображення Розп'яття Ісуса Христа на хресті з передстоячими постатями. Над розп'яттям - сцена "Воскресіння Христа", на кінці лівого рамена - сцена "Різдво Христове". На зворотному боці хреста зображена Мати Божа, яка тримає на руках Дитину Ісуса Христа, а обабіч від них - два янголи. Угорі - сцена "Успіння Богородиці", у нижній частині - сцена "Благовіщення"(різьблення втрачено). На кінці правого рамена - "Введення у Храм Пресвятої Богородиці". Нижня частина хреста та один із бокових рамен втрачені. Металева оправа хреста оздоблена по раменах гравійованим рослинним орнаментом (витке листя та рокайльні картуші). На кінцях верхнього та бічних рамен вмонтовані невеликі кулясті навершя (інші втрачені). До хреста кріпиться металевий стрижень, який з'єднує його з підставкою-стояном. Підставка хреста двоярусна, з відігнутими назовні краями. Нижній ярус прикрашений чергуванням композицій з квітів, фруктів, листя та рокайльними картушами. Між нижнім та верхнім ярусами поміщений "поясок". Нижня частина верхнього ярусу прикрашена композиціями з квітів та фруктів, які чергуються з зображеннями херувимів. Підставка поступово переходить у циліндричну форму, прикрашену стилізованим листям. Хрест належав до довоєнної колекції Музею Слобідської України імені Г. С. Сковороди. У роки Другої світової війни був евакуйований та повернутий до Харкова у листопаді 1944 р. On the front of the cross is a depiction of the Crucifixion of Christ, with attendant figures. Above the crucifixion is the scene "The Resurrection of Christ"; at the end of the left arm, the scene "The Nativity of Christ." On the reverse of the cross is depicted the Mother of God holding the Infant Christ in her arms, with two angels on either side. Above is the scene "The Dormition of the Mother of God"; in the lower part, the scene "The Annunciation" (the carving is worn). At the end of the right arm is "The Presentation of the Most Holy Theotokos in the Temple." The lower part of the cross and one of the side arms are lost. The metal frame of the cross is decorated along the arms with an engraved floral ornament (winding leaves and rocaille cartouches). At the ends of the upper and side arms are small ball finials mounted (others lost). A metal rod is attached to the cross, joining it to the socket-stand. The stand of the cross is in two tiers, with edges curved outward. The lower tier is decorated with alternating compositions of flowers, fruit, and leaves and rocaille cartouches. Between the lower and upper tiers is a "band." The lower part of the upper tier is decorated with compositions of flowers and fruit, alternating with depictions of cherubim. The stand gradually narrows into a cylindrical form, decorated with stylized leaves. The cross belonged to the pre-war collection of the Sloboda Ukraine Museum named after H. S. Skovoroda. During the Second World War it was evacuated and returned to Kharkiv in November 1944.
