Силует прямий. Рукав прямий, суцільнокроєний з ласткою, унизу призбираний у дрібні складочки та викінчений манжетом (шир. 2,5 см), який декорований по краю маленькими петельками. Верх рукава та станок зібрані біля горловини у рясні складочки технікою «вшивання до коміра». Горловина овальна з розрізом по центру переду (дов. 29 см), оформлена вузькою обшивкою з двома прорізними петельками по краях для стрічки. Розріз унизу змережений. Сорочка прикрашена вишивкою «білим по білому» рослинно-геометризованим орнаментом. У верхній частині рукава розташовані чотири замкнені свастичні знаки із вписаними ромбами, нижче вишита горизонтальна смуга квіткового орнаменту, обведена з обох боків рівними лініями з ритмічно повторюваними напівквітками та прозорими квадратиками. Уся площина рукава заповнена діагональними смугами ламаних ліній із цяточками на кутах. Манжет прикрашений вишитим орнаментом, складеним із ламаної лінії із ромбиками у заглибинах. Поділ декорований двома вузькими смугами «мережки», між якими розташовані діагональні стилізовані гілки, напівзамкнені у прямокутниках, та напівквітки. З'єднувальні шви подолу на висоту 6 см декоровані змережуванням. Легенда: шила та вишивала Приходько Феодосія Федорівна, мешканка с. Пришиб. The upper part of the sleeve and bodice are gathered near the neckline into dense folds using the 'sewing to the collar' technique. The neckline is oval with a central slit on the front (29 cm long), finished with a narrow cuff with two slit loops at the edges for a ribbon. The slit at the bottom is hemstitched. The shirt is decorated with 'white on white' embroidery in a geometric-floral pattern. In the upper part of the sleeve, four enclosed swastika signs with inscribed diamonds, followed by a horizontal stripe of floral pattern, framed on both sides by straight lines with rhythmically repeated half-flowers and transparent squares. The entire sleeve field is filled with diagonal stripes of broken lines with dots at the corners. The cuff is decorated with an embroidered pattern composed of a broken line with diamonds in the recesses. The hem is decorated with two narrow stripes of openwork, with diagonal stylized branches, half-enclosed in rectangles, and half-flowers between them.
