Зшита з двох полотнищ. Рукав прямий з ласткою та уставкою, пришитою по основі, унизу викінчений манжетою (шир. 5,5 см) з прорізною петелькою та маленьким білим ґудзиком. Манжета прошита угорі та унизу подвійним «вистігом», а на рівні петельки та ґудзика — одинарним «вистігом». Рукав угорі прошитий одинарним та подвійним «вистігом», прикрашений «пухликами» (дов. 7,5 см), пришитий до уставки з'єднувальним мереживним швом типу «городки». Уставка унизу підгорнута на лицьовий бік та прошита одинарним «вистігом». Станок та уставки зібрані біля горловини у дрібні складочки технікою «вшивання до коміра». Горловина овальна, з розрізом по центру переду (дов. 25 см), оформлена вузькою обшивкою, прошитою потрійним «вистігом», з маленьким перламутровим ґудзиком з лівого та з накидною петелькою з правого боку обшивки. Сорочка прикрашена вишивкою чорно-червоного рослинного та геометричного орнаменту. По краю уставки — тоненька червона смуга — ретязок з «хрестика» (шир. 0,2 см), обрамлена з обох боків паралельними їй смугами орнаменту (шир. 0,3 та 0,5 см) у вигляді ромбів, з'єднаних між собою. На рукаві — розкидка з орнаментальних мотивів: троянди з гілками, листям та пуп'янками. На манжеті дві смуги вишивки: одна — у вигляді стилізованих квітів (шир. 1 см), друга — у вигляді ромбів, з'єднаних між собою (шир. 0,5 см). The sleeve is stitched at the top with single and double 'stem stitch,' decorated with 'puff stitches' (7.5 cm long), and sewn to the insert with a 'horodky' openwork seam. The insert is folded to the front side at the bottom and stitched with a single 'stem stitch.' The body and inserts are gathered at the neckline into small pleats using the 'sewing to the collar' technique. The neckline is oval with a 25 cm slit in the center front, finished with a narrow band stitched with triple 'stem stitch,' with a small mother-of-pearl button on the left and a loop buttonhole on the right. The shirt is decorated with black and red floral and geometric ornaments. The edge of the insert has a thin red stripe of cross-stitch chain (0.2 cm wide), framed on both sides by parallel stripes of ornament (0.3 and 0.5 cm wide) in the form of connected diamonds. The sleeve features a scattered pattern of roses with branches, leaves, and buds.
