З чотирьох боків середника клейма: зліва направо - "Різдво Пресвятої Богородиці", "Введення у храм Пресвятої Богородиці", "Благовіщення Пресвятої Богородиці", "Різдво Христове", "Стрітення Господнє", "Богоявлення Господнє", "Вхід Господній в Єрусалим"; "Преображення Господнє","Воздвиження Хреста Господнього", "Вознесіння Господнє"; "Пресвята Трійця", "Успіння Пресвятої Богородиці". Іконографія середника: дві сцени з зображенням Ісуса Христа. Угорі сцена воскресіння Ісуса; нижче великим планом сцена зішестя Ісуса до пекла. Христос одягнутий у темно-зелений хітон, поверх якого яскраво-червоний гіматій. Його оточують старозавітні іудейські пророки, царі, Адам та Єва. Христос зображений на повний зріст у овальній золотистій мандорлі. У живопису переважають червоні, багряні, темно- зелені, білі, золотисті фарби. Навколо середника та на берегах ікони рослинний орнамент. На німбах і берегах написи червоною фарбою церковнослов'янською мовою. Ікона написана на дошці, яка складається з двох частин, склеєних вертикально. Ікона була затримана Бориспільською митницею. Надійшла до фондів музею за рішенням Державного митного комітету України, Національного комітету з питань повернення в Україну культурних цінностей при Кабінеті Міністрів України у 1995 р. Легенда: Воскресіння Христове — символ перемоги Христа над смертю, що принесла людству визволення від рабства гріха та відкрила шлях до духовного оновлення. Євангелісти не залишили опису самого моменту Воскресіння, адже ніхто з людей не був безпосереднім свідком цієї події. Саме тому в православній іконографічній традиції Воскресіння передається через образ «Зішестя до пекла», що ґрунтується на Священному Писанні та Переданні. Ісус Христос у сяйві мандорли постає як Переможець, Який зруйнував брами пекла та розірвав його кайдани. Простягаючи руки Адаму й Єві, Він відкриває шлях до спасіння всього людства. Традиційно центральний образ Воскресіння оточують клейма із зображеннями дванадесятих свят — дванадцяти найважливіших після Великодня християнських свят, пов'язаних із земним життям Ісуса Христа та Пресвятої Богородиці. Around the four sides of the central field are scenes, left to right: "The Nativity of the Mother of God," "The Presentation of the Mother of God in the Temple," "The Annunciation of the Mother of God," "The Nativity of Christ," "The Presentation of the Lord," "The Theophany of the Lord," "The Entry of the Lord into Jerusalem"; "The Transfiguration of the Lord," "The Exaltation of the Cross of the Lord," "The Ascension of the Lord"; "The Most Holy Trinity," "The Dormition of the Most Holy Theotokos." The iconography of the central field: two scenes depicting Jesus Christ. Above, the scene of Christ's Resurrection; below, in a larger scale, the scene of Christ's Descent into Hell. Christ wears a dark-green chiton, over which is a bright-red himation. He is surrounded by the Old Testament Jewish prophets, kings, Adam, and Eve. Christ is shown full-length within an oval golden mandorla. Red, crimson, dark green, white, and golden tones predominate in the painting. Around the central field and on the margins of the icon is a floral ornament. On the halos and margins are inscriptions in red paint, in Church Slavonic. The icon is painted on a panel made of two pieces, glued together vertically. The icon was seized at the Boryspil customs post. It entered the museum's holdings by decision of the State Customs Committee of Ukraine and the National Committee for the Return of Cultural Property to Ukraine under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in 1995. Legend: the Resurrection of Christ is a symbol of Christ's victory over death, which brought humanity deliverance from the bondage of sin and opened the way to spiritual renewal. The Evangelists left no description of the moment of the Resurrection itself, since no human being directly witnessed the event. For this reason, in Orthodox iconographic tradition, the Resurrection is conveyed through the image of the "Descent into Hell," grounded in Holy Scripture and Tradition. Jesus Christ, in the radiance of the mandorla, appears as the Victor, who has destroyed the gates of Hell and broken its chains. Stretching out his hands to Adam and Eve, he opens the way to the salvation of all humankind. Traditionally, the central image of the Resurrection is surrounded by scenes of the Twelve Great Feasts — the twelve most important Christian feasts after Easter, connected with the earthly life of Jesus Christ and the Most Holy Theotokos.
