Created approximately in the 19th century.
The manuscript is in two colors, containing text in Church Slavonic and musical notation. Foliation is absent, with letter signatures at the bottom of the pages. The book's decoration is complemented by initials and polychrome headpieces.
The book belonged to the pre-war (pre-1941) part of the collection of the H. S. Skovoroda Historical Museum.
Note: the book was likely created for use in the religious rites of the Old Believer tradition.
