Description

Men's shirt made of white factory fabric. Stand-up collar. Collar and cuffs embroidered white-on-white with satin stitch. Cuffs and placket embroidered with red and black threads in a floral ornament. The placket has inserts of openwork mesh. Provenance: Belonged to Fedir Ivanovych Sukharev, a peasant from the village of Stara Pokrovka. Sewn and embroidered in 1924 by U. Sukhareva, possibly his mother.
