Men’s shirt, kosovorotka, made of homespun canvas. The silhouette widens towards the bottom, with triangular inserts from the armpits downward. The sleeve is one-piece, sewn parallel to the body, with a stand-up collar and a fastening with 4 buttons (2 buttons missing). Full description

Description

Men’s shirt, kosovorotka, made of homespun canvas. The silhouette widens towards the bottom, with triangular inserts from the armpits downward. The sleeve is one-piece, sewn parallel to the body, with a stand-up collar and a fastening with 4 buttons (2 buttons missing). Decorated with red and black embroidery on the collar and chest. The ornament is floral, in the form of flower branches. Legend: used in the village of Tsybivka, Krasnokutsk district, found during an ethnographic expedition.
